Collection: Harry Bell

Harry Bell was born with significant physical disabilities and impaired vision, yet overcame these challenges to become a gifted Bible teacher and preacher. He trusted in the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation at the age of nine and was baptised and received into fellowship at Hebburn assembly at eighteen. In 1943, he entered full-time service, devoting the next thirty years to preaching and teaching God's Word throughout the British Isles.

Widely respected for his remarkable memory and extensive knowledge of Scripture, he was known for his powerful, engaging ministry and ability to expound the Bible without relying on written notes. Despite eventually losing his sight, he remained a much-loved and respected servant of the Lord, remembered for his warmth, humour and devotion to God's people. He passed away in 1976.
