Collection: Harold St John

Harold St. John (1876–1957) was a gifted Bible teacher, evangelist and missionary who devoted his life to preaching and teaching the Word of God. He trusted in the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation at the age of eighteen and, after working in banking in London, left his career in 1913 to enter full-time Christian service.

Beginning his missionary work in South America, he went on to preach and teach extensively throughout the world, including Europe, Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Widely respected for his remarkable knowledge of Scripture, powerful preaching and deep devotion to Christ, he was regarded as one of the outstanding Bible expositors of his generation. His extensive Bible studies were later published in two volumes, preserving a lasting legacy of biblical teaching. He continued faithfully in the Lord's service until his death in 1957.
