Coronavirus Update

Dear Customer

We are currently going through unprecedented times of uncertainty and our business is facing a huge challenge ahead. We are doing what we can to minimize disruption caused by the coronavirus whilst making sure our staff are working in a safe environment. Our opening times remain the same at the moment – 9.30am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday and 10am-5.00pm on Saturday. These hours are constantly under review, but we will keep you updated should they change. We are working closely with staff to monitor those at risk who may need to work from home, but we are well prepared for this and our telephone system can easily be re-directed. Placing an order online is the easiest way for us to pick up your order remotely and we would encourage this as much as possible. Our warehouse clearance sale has started today, in store and online, with many books marked with up to 80% discount and hopefully there will be a bargain to suit all reading tastes in times of isolation.

During these times, people will be asking questions and we have a new tract available – “Hope Beyond Coronavirus” by Roger Carswell. These can be purchased singly or in multiples of 10 and will be available from the 22nd of March but can be pre-ordered to avoid disappointment.

This is an anxious time and in a time of anxiety, David wrote “My times are in your hand” – Psalm 31:15. Paul also wrote to the Philippians “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God”. He is in control.

Every Blessing, Alison Banks, General Manager
