Delivery costs vary from country to country.
UK orders are subject to an extra postage charge of £1.95 if the order totals less than £25.00. Orders over £25.00 are sent post free.
If you want to post overseas, we can show you delivery costs for your country if you select it from the menu next to the Delivery charge on the basket page. In a minority of cases, if your item is particularly expensive or heavy, there may be additional delivery costs to cover so we can send it in the most suitable way.
When will my order be dispatched?
At checkout our website will show you if any items in your cart are out of stock which will slightly delay your delivery times.
Most items are able to be dispatched within 1-2 days and we aim to deliver all items which are in stock next working day.
If we have any problems despatching within 1-2 days we will let you know by telephone or email of any delays and expected delivery dates.
When you place your order you may pay a single delivery charge which is based on the value of your order or the number of items in your order. Sometimes, however, your order may be dispatched to you in a number of smaller deliveries when items within your order have different availabilities or when part of your order is temporarily out of stock. On these occasions we want to get available items to you as soon as possible, rather than always wait for the whole order. There is no extra charge for these multiple deliveries.
Inside each delivery you will find a delivery note or receipt which indicates the number of items that are included in your order. It will also indicated whether your order is being dispatched in more than one delivery.
Problems with Delivery / Damaged or Defective Items
Despite our best efforts items are sometimes damaged in transit or have defects from the manufacturing process.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please contact us by email or in writing within 30 working days of the delivery of the goods.
We will either replace the items or give you a full refund - whichever you prefer.
Please contact us in advance so that we can arrange to uplift your faulty items/Note: In the event that the damaged/defective item is replaced and the original does not arrive back with within a 14 day period we reserve the right to charge you for the replacement item.
I have received Duplicate Items
If you have received duplicate items that weren't ordered please call us or email us to make sure that you haven't been charged for the items.
If we send you incorrect items please call us or email us and we'll make sure that you receive the correct items as quickly as possible.
If the items need to be returned then you need to get a returns authorization code from us.
When we send any items to you we will include a delivery note which indicated the items that should be included in your delivery. Items you order may sometimes be sent to you in a number of smaller deliveries so don't worry if the delivery note doesn't list all the items in your order. If, however, the items listed on the delivery note don't match the items in the package please call or email us and we'll arrange for the missing items to be sent to you or refunded.
I have received some but not all of my order
In most cases all your items will actually be dispatched on the same day however we will sometimes send items separately to avoid further delay. If you are unsure, look at the delivery status of your items in "My Account" to check whether we have been able to dispatch all of your items.
Returns and Exchanges
At Ritchie Christian Media, you can shop with confidence and know that if you change your mind about something you have purchased, we will offer a hassle-free approach to returns and exchanges:
NOTE We cannot guarantee returns for orders over £50 unless they are returned within 14 days. Other orders can be returned up to 30 days after they have been despatched.
You may return most products to us at any time up to the end of the twenty-eighth day after you receive them without giving us any reason. Cancelled orders will be refunded within 30 days.
Delivery charges for posting your order out to you will only be refunded on returns requested within 14 working days from the date after you receive your order. Any additional delivery service selected will be taken as an agreement of a separate contract and cannot be refunded after dispatch.
We require that any goods returned to us have been shown reasonable care while in your possession. You will need to pay for any delivery/postage charges.
No returns on Dated Materials (including dated periodicals), Made to Order items or Earrings can be accepted unless faulty or damaged.
Audio Recordings, DVDs, Videos, Talks and Software can only be returned if they were dispatched to you in a shrink wrapped or sealed package AND are returned in the same unopened condition. These goods cannot be returned unless they are faulty for copyright reasons.
An adjustment to the refunded amount will be made if a voucher taken at the time of ordering no longer applies.
You can call our Customer Service department who will send a label by email for you.
Please ensure that you obtain authorisation for all returns, without authorisation we will be unable to process your return and the goods will be sent back to you.
